Check your list before going to water-park

When you are planning for 1-day tour or weekend gate-away then visit the website of the water-park you are going to visit and aware yourself about its rules and regulations. Make a checklist of what to pack for a water-park, so that you don’t forget anything to pack and due to that one thing some unwanted situation arises. So, to have the holiday full of fun then you must have a pre-plan of things you are supposed to take with yourself.

1.Preparing Clothing
Choose your swimwear:

Always check the individual water-park’s dress code whether it can be a swimwear or any other        clothing. If it is a swimsuit then pack only the one that fits you well. Don’t bring swimsuits that          have zippers, buttons, belts, rivets or metal ornaments. You may not be allowed to get on certain          slides with them because they can cause damage to the equipment at the water park.

Plan your regular outfits:

One can choose causal-clothes while arriving at the Water-park. After that, you could change and wear your swimsuit. You can also bring long-sleeves shirts and cover-ups so that once you are done with water-rides you can wear it to walk nearby park easily and help you reduce exposure from the sun. Bring a comfortable jacket or sweatshirt so that you won’t be as chilly if the weather gets cooler as the day wanes.

Bring a second set of clothes:

If you are planning to stay overnight then pack a change of clothes that will be easy for other daily wear. Include an extra pair of undergarments to go home in. If you’re going to divide up your day at the water park, consider bringing an extra set of bathing suits per person so that you don’t have to re-use on a suit that is still wet.

Pack shoes:

You will be not on the water rides the whole day as you will walk by the park so bring water socks, flip-flops, plastic shoes keeping in mind what water-park is allowing. Therefore, to have the an ideal weekend place as Water-park then this are the things one must take care of while travelling.

2.Pack Swimming Accessories

Bring towels:

Some parks ask you to bring your own towels, while others offer towels to use for free, for a rental fee, or by purchase. However, they may not be long enough to wrap around you or thick enough to dry you adequately. So, it is better to have your own towel.

Pack goggles:

For your eyes safety, it is better to carry swimming goggles with you. To have safety during swimming or enjoying water-rides or sliders you don’t have to think about your eyes as goggles are on so that you can have the best experience and can also become your favorite one day picnic spot.

3.Packing Personal Items

Wear sunblock:
Bring sunblock with an SPF of 30 to 45. Apply your sunscreen a half hour before you’ll be outside, and bring it with you so that you can reapply it. Bring baby sunscreen if needed which will protect you from UVA rays.

Regular hygiene items:

Water parks usually have showers in the locker rooms for washing chlorine off before you change into dry clothes. Consider bringing travel-sized body wash and shampoo. So, that everything is well removed and you can get regular from the next day from water-park.

Get a backpack:

A backpack is handy for carrying around water shoes, sunscreen, snacks, and towels. Just don’t over-pack your bag with weighty items that may hurt your shoulders to carry around for long periods of time.

Take regular medicines:

One must carry regular medicines and other medicines as it should be handy so it can be cured at the initial stage only.

4. For Valuables

Bring seal-able, waterproof bags to keep your valuables safe and then keep it inside the locker. For cell-phones also other separate bags must be brought so that all the phones remain safe and secured of all the members in the group.

5. Bring a waterproof camera:

A disposable, waterproof camera would be less of a loss and less likely to get damaged than a smart-phone or digital camera. If you’re planning to bring some type of camera, note that some water parks don’t allow selfie sticks or mono-pods. Bring film or batteries if your camera needs them.

If you are planning 1-day tour at the Water Park, you are probably thinking more about the exciting water slides than the dress code, but a bit of forward planning on what you are going to wear is a must, not only so that you can make the most of your visit, but to avoid any potentially embarrassing moments!
